cell shading render - chun Li & Gun

Hi, this 2 examples represent the style of rendering that I want to achieve.
I used Zbrushe to sculpt the Chun Li and Maya to model the gun.
I tried to customize my Shader on the brush to get the passes that I want.
To render inside Maya what I did is fixing the texture and make it more painted instead of using real images.
I am still working on material inside Maya but for games I think I need special GLSL shader to render it correctly..
for example street fighter 4.
